Panu is a table lamp designed to be 3D-printed. In this project, which was made for a final examination in 3D-CAD, I took inspiration from the world of 3D-printed vases and lamp shades, and more specifically from the brand Manu (@Manumatters) and their "Jane" lamps.

Design for 3D-printing requires knowledge of the constraints that 3D-printers have, as well as the inherent features. This design makes use of a printing-mode called "Vase Mode", which lets the printer follow only the outline of a model and print one layer at a time in a spiral motion.
